CEO
Chris Richarde
Chris Richarde is the founder of Xhibit Corp. (XBTC) and has served as the CEO and Chairman since July 2011. Xhibit Corp., is a cloud based marketing and technology development company focused on digital advertising, online and mobile social media, and CRM solutions with corporate offices and operations located in Tempe, Arizona. Through its unique offerings, it is able to provide integrated solutions over a broad spectrum of a brand’s digital needs.
With over 15 years experience, Chris Richarde is an online marketing expert who began his career in digital media at an early age. As a coder and designer building projects for various groups, he gained an early understanding of the power of digital marketing and began devising new techniques and innovative strategies to apply to the then burgeoning industry. After several years of developing new approaches and proprietary strategies for client companies and their products, he recognized the need to apply his understanding and vision to the broader market. He founded SpyFire Interactive, LLC, where as the principal and CEO, he could help businesses choose from the most powerful marketing approaches in order to maximize the client’s ROI. He built SpyFire Interactive as a highly profitable company growing rapidly from $215,000 revenue in 2009 to over $6.4 million revenue in 2011 before its merger with Xhibit.
In 2008, Mr. Richarde realized that there would be a huge potential upside to social media, but he did not feel companies were properly positioned to monetize their sites. He decided it was time to take things to the next level and in 2009 began growing SFI with the long-term goals of using his relationships to capitalize on the newly forming social media trends.
Christaofer Richarde envisions the digital media space as one unit where companies can provide truly integrated solutions under one roof; not the fragmented industry it is today, where a company has to work with one agency to build their brand, another for their development and finally seek an agency to work on the monetization and advertising, which many times is outsourced to the end distribution point, e.g. Facebook, Yahoo or Google.
To bring this vision to fruition, Mr. Richarde united the core executive team including top experts from many digital verticals, successfully closed several mergers and acquisitions in 2011 under Xhibit and took Xhibit public in 2012. CFO
Michael Schifsky
Michael Schifsky has been the Chief Financial Officer of Xhibit Corp since July 2011. Mr. Schifsky
has over 25 years of financial and operational management experience. His background includes executive roles in organizations ranging from large established public companies to small and mid-sized rapid growth enterprises where he gained critical experience in leadership, organizational development, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, and corporate governance. Mr. Schifsky played a key role in the early phase of successful acquisition program that propelled Airgas, Inc. from a $200 million company to what is today a highly successful $4.5 billion NYSE traded industrial gas distributor.
From September 2009 to July 2011, Mr. Schifsky served as Chief Financial Officer of Millennium Energy Group, an early stage high tech energy storage solutions provider for the alternative energy and telecom industries. From April 2008 to August 2009, he served as interim Chief Financial Officer for MD Helicopters, a manufacturer of light and medium duty helicopters. From December 2006 to April 2008, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Clear Choice Financial, a full service mortgage company. From April 2004 to December 2006, Mr. Schifsky was an independent consultant providing financial advisory and consulting services to such notable companies as American Express, Apollo Group, Amcor Ltd, and American Skiing Company.
Mr. Schifsky began his career in Philadelphia office of Ernst & Young, an international public accounting firm
where he earned his CPA. He holds a B.S. in accountancy from Villanova University.
CTO
Dzenis Softic
Dzenic has been Xhibit Corp Chief Technology Officer since October 2011 and is responsible for all product and software development efforts for the Company. Mr. Softic is a successful Internet technology entrepreneur with over 12 years of relevant industry experience. In 2003 Mr. Softic founded and served as CEO of VoloMP, an email marketing and software company, until he sold the company to Ybrant in 2006. In 2006, Mr. Softic founded ABC Internet Media, an email marketing and technology company, and served as CEO until 2009 and remains the sole owner as of the date of this filing. From 2009 to 2010, Mr. Softic was the Chief Technology Officer for JumpOnIt.com, a daily coupon site for the Australian market, where he managed a team of accomplished developers and built a highly successful daily coupon site from the ground up. In November 2010 LivingSocial bought a $5 million controlling equity position in JumpOnIt.com, which made Living Social the largest social shopping player in Australia. In 2010, Mr. Softic returned to VoloMP as Chief Operating Officer to drive increased market share and profitability, until he joined Xhibit in 2011.
