Xhibit Corp. Enlists Michael Greco To Lead TwitYap

Las Vegas entertainment industry executive Michael Greco joins Xhibit Corp. to head up the Company’s TwitYap celebrity social media offering set to launch in early 2013

Xhibit Corp. (OTCQB: XBTC) (“the Company” or “Xhibit”), a leading provider of digital marketing and advertising solutions has appointed Michael Greco, an experienced entertainment industry executive, as Senior Vice President of the Company’s entertainment industry and celebrity properties including its new TwitYap product under development.
After moving from New York to Las Vegas in 2004, Mr. Greco spearheaded the conceptualization, design, and opening of the Hard Rock Hotel’s then game-changing nightclub, Body English, which substantially improved the margins at the Hotel and was credited with creating a resurgence in the property's popularity. He was also instrumental in the creation and rollout of the Hard Rock’s trend-setting pool party, ReHab. He moved to Pure Management Group in 2006 where he served as Vice President of Entertainment, overseeing the entertainment for ten properties, including nightclubs, bars, and restaurants. During his tenure, Pure Nightclub at Caesars Palace was voted the No. 1 nightclub in the country for two years running by “E” Entertainment.

By 2009, Michael Greco had joined the Palms as Vice President of Entertainment and worked directly with George Maloof, helping to keep the brand on the cutting edge in the ultra-competitive Las Vegas market. Through his extensive celebrity connections, Mr. Greco was able to bring high-end entertainment to the property including Mariah Carey’s first ever residency in Las Vegas. He also helped secure other world class acts such as Lady Gaga and Jay-Z.
